3 SOLDI - green -

This stamp is considered as part of the Lombarby-Veneto second issue even if its use came quite later in comparison to the set itself. I have already mentioned in the introduction the reason of the color change, to avoid fraudulent usage of the black one with light cancellation. The delay in the introduction of this stamp was probably due to the need to finish the existing stock of the "twin" in black.
This stamp presents all the characteristics common to the parts of the second type and for that reason I will not repeat them, also because there is only one type. Unique detail (even if not always visible) is a white dot after the "I" of "SOLDI" in the upper part.
