This stamp presents itself both as printed with the dot after the value as well as without it.
The first printing run was made on the characteristic paper color pale-blue (Fig. 3) bought as per Diena from the printer Andrea Rossi: 72 sheets of "cilestro" color. It is very rare and unknown brand new because it was fully utilized (the new known pieces are without gum and are from parts that escaped the cancellation).
It was shortly substituted by the following printing runs on vivid blue paper; at the beginning without dot and later on with dot after the value (Fig. 1 and 2).
