This stamp was prepared even if the letter- mailing rate was raised from 15 centesimi to 20: it was therefore used seldom and always together with other values; this explain its rarity as used. The first printing run was in brown color (Fig. 1), while the second one, that was not even delivered (we are dealing therefore with a not issued value), is in a grayish shade (Fig. 2).
